Короткий огляд (реферат): In this paper, the optimal parameters of the process of silica surface functionalization in the microreactor were studied based on the developed mathematical model: the residence time distribution, the flow velocity, the concentration profile. Detailed investigation of fluid dynamics in the microvolume reactor channel was solved using CFD models.
